Terms of Use and Terms of Sale
Privacy Policy
Keeping our ethical values in tact is a primary focus.  Therefore, we do not sell, lend, share, or give away any of your information to third party interests.  We respect your privacy and will not compromise it.

Returns
We strive to provide the highest quality garments, made right here in the USA.  If an item arrives with a manufacturer’s defect, we can replace it with the same size, color and style.  Sassis will pay shipping both ways on defective merchandise.  You must email Sassis at info@sassiscollections.com with the subject of “defective item” with your claim and receive shipping instructions (Sassis covers shipping both ways for defective items) before you return the defective item.  Items returned to Sassis without email confirmation cannot be replaced.  Items that arrive defective must be returned in original condition: unwashed, unworn, free of dust, dirt, hair (animal and human), and odor.  Defective merchandise will be replaced by NEW, non-defective merchandise of the same style, size, and color as the defective merchandise, and shipped to you at Sassis’s cost.  We may ask for photographs of the defective garment to authorize a return, but we might not.  Defective items are subject to the discretion of Sassis.
Sassis is not able to provide refunds for merchandise received by the customer in acceptable condition.

Exchanges
Order the wrong size?  We can exchange it for the same color and style in a different size.  You must email us at info@sassiscollections.com with a subject of “exchange” and include your order number, item to be exchanged, and the new size you need.  Receive a reply with shipping information before you send an item in.  Items returned to Sassis without email confirmation cannot be replaced.  (Please see our size chart before ordering.)  All items returned for exchange must be returned in new condition: unwashed, unworn, free of dust, dirt, hair (animal and human) and odor.  Customized orders (including alterations, customized dying, and other services) cannot be exchanged.

Sale Items and Discounts
Sale and clearance items are final sales and not eligible for exchange.  If you exchange an item that was discounted, it can only be replaced with an item that was available and eligible for discount at the time of purchase.  Coupon code redemtions online is good only for in stock goods.  Sale, clearance, and other discounts offered might not be combined with other coupons and discount promotions.

No Warranty
Products sold by Sassis are not under warranty. Customer accepts all responsibility for merchandise received from Sassis in NEW, NON-DEFECTIVE condition. Sassis will replace defective merchandise at our own cost, but no warranty is expressed or implied for the condition or utility of any items once it is received by the customer in new, non-defective condition.  Please see our Care of Clothing section and sewn-in care labels in the garments for laundering instructions.  By placing an order with Sassis, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Warranty policy.

Sassis reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the original items are returned in washed or worn condition, or if the items contain dust, dirt, animal or human hair, or have an objectionable odor  as determined by Sassis. If you plan to exchange your items, keep them in a clean area, and contact Sassis via email for exchange instructions as soon as possible.  Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.  This return policy applies to retail sales only.

General Shipping Information
Many items are dyed to order and are therefore not ready for drop shipment.  If you need an item rushed or overnighted, you must call the showroom and make arrangements for exactly what you need to be sure we can accomodate before placing your order.
